Stacey Jones

With over 40 years of project leadership experience, Stacey has been at the forefront of alternative delivery methods throughout his career. He has been involved in a range of projects around the world from large P3 mixed-use developments to local governmental facilities. His experience includes the University of California, Merced 2020 Project, the 1.2 million GSF campus expansion, the New Aloha Stadium Entertainment District (NASED) and the Clackamas County Courthouse Replacement in Oregon City, Oregon.

Drawing on his experience as an architect and project manager, Stacey is recognized as a prominent expert and advisor for P3 and integrated project delivery. Key to his success is working with clients to understand the essential nature of their needs, and providing innovative, value-added solutions.

David Murphy

Senior Director & Project Manager

Over the course of a distinguished and award-winning career, David has been involved with many nationally and internationally significant development projects. His recent work includes a comprehensive Athletic Facilities Assessment for South Dakota State University, and the $2.8 billion Midway Crossing Project, a public-private-partnership in Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Iconic in size, scope and breadth, the 2.7-million-square-foot development includes life sciences, medical research, healthcare, hotel and convention, transportation and transit (air & rail), plus urban entertainment and retail components.

David’s success with his clients is attributed to his relentless ability to work closely and diligently to understand and deliver projects. With over 40 years in the industry, David has extensive experience in managing the delivery of complex projects.
